Hi, my name is John Burns, owner of Caffe Galleria, a great little brick oven pizzeria in Lahaska, PA.  We make delicious New York style ‘thin-crust’ pizza for dine-in, take-out, or FREE delivery.

I would love for you to know the extra effort that goes into making our delicious gourmet pizza.  Our meats are of the highest quality, we only use whole milk mozzarella, and I personally hand pick every vegetable that is used.  Our sauce is loaded with flavor, we use only the highest quality tomatoes and blend in over 2 pounds of herbs and spices, not only sugar and salt.  Also, you won’t find any lard in our pizza crust, I use olive oil and Semolina flour, the key ingredients to create an authentic ‘thin-crust’ that is full of flavor and of perfect texture.  I must admit I am a little obsessive about pizza, I won’t apologize, it’s what my customers have come to expect.

And I could go on and on about the sweet italian sausage, oven roasted red peppers, fresh basil, or 27 other gourmet toppings to choose from – ranging from goat cheese to caramelized onions.

But in the end you have to try it -you have to see for yourself.  Okay, how is this?  If your not completely satisfied that our pizza dosen't compare with the best pizza you ever had or your not 100% satisfied I will refund you every penny.
